And this is what I wore at an outdoor birthday party in the evening. Quite cold in the evening you see, so I kind of layered it up during the night...

A couple of things to celebrate today:

- I've been blogging for over one month, an accomplishment that I haven't quit yet :)
- I've got a new job! Now I work in a bakery as well as in the record store. No more oh-so-boring days of just being at home, thank god...
- It's friday! Woohoo, and I've got the day of tomorrow, sweet. Going to meet Maria in Sandvika to do some window shopping (at least for my part) and watch my boyfriends jazz trio play their gig there.

Only thing is that my new job is trying to kill my feel, ankles and legs... I'm in need of new and good shoes. And what a reason to buy new shoes! Of course I would like to spend my money on ankle boots, oxfords and heels... but I guess I'll have to buy my first pair of comfortable sneakers. I'll try and find something fancy though. Does anyone know any cool but comfortable sneakers? It's not my field, to put it that way.

I have seen Bettys new kicks, and they just rock! Check out her new self designed Nike Dunks and her blog even if you don't care about sneakers, cause she's got an amazing style.

New knit

I'm getting ready for fall, and this fall I'm in need of big, cozy knits. I bough this grey one from Bik Bok the other day, and it's 40% wool and 11% alpaca. In other words, both warm and soft. The collar is so huge, I almost look like one of those sick dogs with it worn up. I think I'll just wear it down...

Dinner with the girls

Today I'm going out for dinner with my girls. I'm wearing headband and earrings from Accessorize, sunglasses from H&M, T-shirt from Noa Noa, bag from Bianco, shorts from Only and shoes from Marc Shoes. When it gets chilly tonight, I'll wear my sweater-dress from Vila.

A.P.C.

I got the autumn catalog from A.P.C. in the mail yesterday, and I'm in love! This french label just has an amazing fall collection. It's so simple, yet elegant.

My top 6 wish list:
1. Striped pullover with heart pocket, 130 Euro
2. Lace-up ankle boots, 320 Euro
3. Sailor coat, 360 Euro
4. Cardigan, 130 Euro
5. Shorts, 160 Euro
6. Striped knit cap, 45 Euro

Too bad it's so expensive, just the sailor coat would cost my whole shopping budget for Barcelona. But perhaps I can afford the beautiful heart pocket sweater.

Today it felt like summer again, so I wore my dress from By Malene Birger, which I sadly enough haven't worn that much yet. In town I wore it together with black flats, vintage sunglasses and a bracelet from Gina Tricot.

New haircut?

I really, really like the new haircut of Camille from the blog childhood flames. When my hair is long enough, I think I'm going to try that style out. Kind of miss having that kind of bangs too.

Some inspiration for fall. This fall I will definitely be wearing my trench coat, scarves, oxfords, red tights and knee heights. Not too crazy about the fur though, but I liked the whole feeling in that outfit.

Gucci f/w-08

I'm home from Øyafestivalen, and it was amazing. Spent time with good friends, saw good bands, and ate good food and drank beer. The best concerts this year was Ane Brun, Iron & Wine, Sigur Rós, N.E.R.D. (I touched Pharell Williams!), Clipse, Yeasayer and The Sonics.

Only thing that sucks, is that I haven't got a single picture for you. They wouldn't let me take my SRL-camera inside, and my little digital camera just stopped working. So I'll guess you'll have to wait for more outfit-posts till I have something to dress up for. Right now I'm just at home, washing my grandparents apartment trying to earn a bit more cash for Barcelona (4 weeks today!). In other words, nothing fancy these days. But I'll give you some eye candy nonetheless, autumn is here for sure with these pictures from Gucci.

Øyafestivalen in Oslo starts on Wednesday, I can't wait! I'm going to see Ane Brun, Ida Maria, Lykke Li, Iron & Wine, Sigur Rós, Fleet Foxes, N.E.R.D. and much, much more. Unfortunately the weather forecast looks depressing, a lot of rain. So I'll bring my raincoat and rain boots and try to look as good as the girls over here.

I love Zooey Deschanel! If I were a brunette, I would definitely copy her hair. Got to think shes a cutie, those big, blue eyes and dark brown bangs. Often seen in vintage minidresses and black tights. Not only is she a style icon and an actress (The Assassination of Jesse James, The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Almost Famous...), now she sings too! Shes in a duo called She and Him. Their album "Volume One" was released this march. Listen to them here! (I especially like the song "Why Do You Let Me Stay Here")
